Private to UC?

<p>Pretty hard, depending on the UC.</p>

<p>Generally UC's prefer transfers... CCC, Another UC, a CSU, Everywhere else. </p>

<p>So by going to a private school, you are at the bottom of the chain. With a good Gpa (3.5+) and going to a respectable private, I'd say you would be able to transfer to the mid tier UC's. It might take a little higher GPA and a little luck to get into LA/Cal.</p>
