i am now faced with the questoin, to take the sat in june or not to. I was unhappy with my score in march and feel i can do much better, however i don't want to retake in may because of AP's. Then since SAT I is more important than SAT II, i would like to go into the fall with a good idea of where i can apply based on my SAT I score, and then in october take 2 SAT II's. However, i am taking precalc this year so the math IIC would be good to take in june along with maybe the SAT II lit, bc im in AP lit right now. Is it that bad to wait the entire summer until october to take the SAT IIs in classes im taking this year. The literature is a skill that is developed so i dont think that is a big issue, however the math with be fresh in my mind. The only thing i can say is that the summer would give me more time to study for the math IIC, there are tons of prep books, while studying for the SAT at this point for me is not as effecient.

It really does depend on your SAT I scores from march. If you got...lets say an 1810 (as I did -_-) then i would say take SAT II's in june and your SAT I in OCtober next year (as I am) so that you could have more time to study. I dont think it would be any worse to take Math IIC next year though especially since you could use the review books.
