<p>After I created 2 other application versions on the common app my ID number changed. I had already sent my reccomendations with a different ID number, so obviously the IDs are not matching. Is that a problem ? What can I do to fix it ?

<p>I don't think it's a problem.
The standard forms for download on the CommonApp site don't have any IDs on them and colleges are still able to match them to the right applicant.</p>
