Problem checking status of application...

<p>Hi, everyone. I submitted my application to SU last week and received an email with a link to check the status of my application just yesterday. When I click the link, I get a message saying:</p>

<p>Your AccessOrange code is not recognized. Please click OK to try again, or call us at (315) 443-3611 to find out your missing materials status and to check our records.</p>

<p>I clicked 'OK' and entered my AccessOrange number and birthday and got this message:</p>

<p>Sorry, but the AccessOrange code does not match our records. Please try again.</p>

<p>I checked my AccessOrange SEVERAL times from several documents I've received in the mail, and I definitely typed exacrlt what I saw on paper. I am planning to call the number above, but I wanted to see if others were having this problem as well. Does anyone know if it takes a few days for the applicants' status pages to be set up/"activated", and I should just be a little more patient?</p>
