PROBLEM on Common Ap

<p>I print/prevew my common app, and when I read the essay, the apostrophes came out as weird characters. Some of the quotation marks becaeme question marks and the apostropheses became exclamation marks.
However, on Word, it all fine.
Also, when I click preview document, it is okay.</p>

<p>Technical Problem?
Anyone else have this problem?</p>

<p>Copy from word into a post notepad (it removes all formatting), change the quotations there, and then copy it into the common app</p>
