Problem reporting changes to UCLA

<p>I was just trying to update my CC schedule for spring semester on the UCLA website (I recently dropped and added a class) but everytime I try to login it says:</p>

<p>"We're sorry, but we were not able to find a record that matched the login information you entered. Please try again."</p>

<p>Is anyone else having this problem?
Should I call them or e-mail them my schedule changes instead?</p>

<p>Did you enter the UCLA ID or the Application ID?</p>

<p>I entered my UCLA ID. Actually I tried both the assigned ID number and the ID that I made for URSA. I’m not sure why I keep getting that error message.</p>
