Hey guys, I just found out on the USPS website that an extra rec letter I sent to Duke Admissions (they gave me a PO box...?) never got delivered - it "left sort facility" like a month ago. I was under the impression that you could send stuff to PO boxes with signature confirmation, but right now I'm not sure if that was correct ... do y'all think I could just fax Duke the letter, is it too late?

email a PDF or fax it, give them a call first though to let them know to expect it.

As for whether it’s too late, that would be hard to say, given all the different stages of processing, evaluations, and readings that an application goes through. But, if your application is one of those that receive a committee presentation (meaning it’s not automatically rejected or admitted), which is a large portion of the applications, then I doubt final decisions have already been made. If it isn’t, then you would’ve probably have either gotten a “likely” letter or it probably wouldn’t have made much of a difference anyway. Again, mostly speculation on my part.
