I have been trying to fax fianancial documents to mit. But it is not working? Is this the right fax number 617-253-9859? Is anyone else having this problem?
That’s the correct fax number. Mine actually went through for MIT yesterday, but for Northwestern and Tufts, it keeps saying unsuccessful 
@UnicornDuchess I have the same problem with Northwestern. Something about the person not having a valid voice box.
MIT is very good about this stuff. Call them on Monday.

@UnicornDuchess I sent an email to schools that didn’t accept the fax and northwestern said that they only want the common application by November 1st. Everything else can be submitted later. I think others schools would have the same policy so we’re probably fine.
