Problem submitting my loans/parent loans

<p>I'm not sure if any of you are taking out loans and/or are aware of the process but...</p>

<p>I'm stuck on step 1 when it asks you to input your info for the eMPN (electronic Master Promissory Note).It keeps telling me I entered my date of birth in wrong format.This is happening to both myself and my parents.What gives?!?!?!</p>
