Problem tagging a username that contains a space

I’ve noticed that I can’t tag someone who’s name has a space. For example, @“aunt bea” comes out with only the “aunt” tagged and the link doesn’t go to that person the same way @ClaremontMom does.

Is there something I can do to make it happen? The quotes were added when I selected her name, not by me. I even tried removing the quotes but I still get the same result: @aunt bea

Is the person notified even though the link doesn’t work? (Sorry aunt bea if you were notified on this thread!)

If this is a bug in the s/w, is there any chance it will be fixed?

Sorry for the delayed reply on this one. That issue has been around ever since this feature was introduced, and I do not know of any fixes. Seems it would be a small issue to resolve, but thus far has not. Can we ask about this, @CCadmin_Sorin? Thanks!
