Problem uploading document to IDOC

Hello,

The universities I applied to require me to upload 4 documents on IDOC. At first, I was able to upload all 4. However when I tried to view them before saving, I was not able to view one of them. So I decided to delete it and click the “Save and Upload more” button to re-upload it. However after doing this, I am currently not able to upload this last file. Whenever I try to upload it, the “loading line” below it does not move.

The deadline is today and would truly appreciate your help. Thank you for understanding my situation.

We also had this problem. For some reason, when we renamed the document it uploaded it. I have no idea why as the rename was just a different word order. Good luck!

submitted 5 pdf files on Feb 17, none processed even though their website said they cleared submission by Feb 18. I am on the line for 45 minutes and no one picks it up. The IDOC contact me website seems having a glitch since it refused me to send an email to them.
