<p>You’ll all have to send them a ticket regarding the problem, and then they’ll send a email back which you can use to give them your documents. You should all send them a ticket anyways…the support team is fast, but it’s annoying to have to give them everything I want to upload. If they know it’s a worldwide problem, they’ll try to fix the problem like they did this morning with the submitting/saving problem.</p>
<p>Do we just send them our essay or do we first have to submit a ticket and wait for them to reply? Because I submitted one a long time ago but they haven’t replied yet.</p>

<p>** NOTE TO ALL YOU WAITING TO SUBMIT AT 11:59 ON JAN 1st ** If something like this happens to you then (i.e. essays not uploading) you will be screwed… so at LEAST begin to upload them at like 5PM or something… or better yet, now</p>
<p>Send them a ticket first. I have no idea why they haven’t responded to you; they responded to me in 5 min. Check your spam blocker, it might have accidentally blocked their response. </p>

<p>It isn’t uploading probably because everyone’s trying to finish it today and not the actual day of the deadline (most colleges have a 1/1 deadline) and probably overloaded the server. The support team is quite quick though. You have approximately 55 min to submit if you want to make Dec 31st</p>
<p>OMG NOTHING IS WORKING. i’VE EVEN TRIED UPLOADING IT ON GOOGLE CHROME. FOR GODS SAKE COMMONAPP PEOPLE FIX IT. </p>

<p>That’s weird; they sent me almost the exact same email, and it was true. Mine uploaded fine after that.</p>
<p>Please don’t take offense, but have you checked the “obvious” things? Using one of the supported browsers (IE, Safari, Firefox), for example?</p>
<p>Unless your deadline is approaching in an hour (instead of a day like the Jan. 1 one), the best thing to do is relax and send them another message outlining the continued problem. Be sure to emphasize what you’ve already tried so they can narrow it down.</p>
