Problem when tryin to register to the SAT exam

Hello everybody

I am a Moroccan student living in Turkey , I would like to have the SAT in this June ; it is the last date for this year and i absolutly must have it . The problem is that i registred to the college board and i tried to complete the registration ; but i had a message telling me that my email adress is invalid .

I don't know what is the problem exactly ; i emailed college board and i will contact the examination center in Ankara but i still not know what i have to do ; I do not want to lose this opportunity ; it is the last chance for this year ; please help me guys to make my dream true ;

Thanks ; hope for everyone success

Double check that the email address you used on your application matches the one that you registered with on the CollegeBoard website.

I’m taking the SAT in June! Registered and all :)

I am sure i wrote the right adress ; it is a simple one anyway ; and it is the one by what i am registered in collegeboard ; so i do not understand :frowning: I am so sad and confused

Thanks anyway for your answer and good luck

I suggest that you call; it might take several week before you get a response via email.

I am not sure I understand the situation. Did you already register for an exam and now you cannot access your online account? Did the registration system reject your email as you were trying to register online? Did you register by mail and your mail registration did not get connected to your online account?

Thanks for your answers guys

There is actually no problem with my account ; i can see my account and begin the registration ; when i press continue i get this message :

Please enter a valid mailing address. A valid address must contain letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, or “/”.

My email adress is correct ; and it is given automatically by the system ; since it is the one by what i am registered in collegeboard;

so confused : still tryin

So the problem is the mailing address, i.e. your street address, and not your email address?

Thank you very much

I finally successed to make it :slight_smile: I am not very good in english even if i want to take the Sat so mail problem made me think automatically about email adress :frowning: i am alittle ashamed but at least i am registered now :slight_smile: thank you very much :slight_smile: good luck to alllll
happy life

Glad it worked out!!!

I only caught it because of the legal characters. Email addresses don’t usually have spaces or ‘/’ but they do have dots and ‘@’.

glad it worked!

Hi, may I know how you solved you’re problem?

I am based in Hong Kong and I still can’t change my mailing address to my real one.

I got really frustrated so I just put “P.O. Box” in the first mailing address line. I have already registered for a test and now I wish to change my mailing address to the real one since it appears in the admission ticket.

I also have the same problem as you: “Please enter a valid mailing address. A valid address must contain letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, or “/”.”

Please help. Thanks.

^ The OP tried to enter his email address into the mailing address field; using the appropriate fields for each solved the problems.

Why don’t you call customer service?

Alright. I’ll do just that. Thanks.

I am from Assam, India and I am facing a problem regarding entry of mailing address for SAT registration. Please can you say me as to how you solved your problem? I called various representatives, test centers, emailed them but no way out. I am worried and frustrated. Its been over a month. Please help.

Please help me urgently. I am really in need of help. I am perplexed.
