I send my application to Harvard last week and today I got my confirmation. I applied EA but the Application Status says “Regular”. I emailed them right away but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. Is there anything else I can do? I am sure I marked EA and wrote EA on my envelope.

Contact admission office and ask them to make sure your application is considered for Early Action.
Edit:
I see you've already emailed them. Check again in a few days. If nothing's changed, contact them again.

I have the same problem. Everything mailed was clearly marked EA (forms and envelopes) and the confirmation letter and Status page are reading Regular. I have not been able to get a response yet. Were you able to get this changed and how did you do it? Has anyone else had the same problem?

Thanks Curriosstudent1. Thats encouraging. I have e-mailed and only received a generic response of thanking me for my interest in Harvard. After phoning I was told it could take a few days for the change, 4 so far including the weekend. It's a shame you can't ask a person to do it, they refer everything to the college@fas.harvard address. Keeping my fingers crosssed I receive a response soon. By the way what did you put in the subject line?
