Problem with application

Has anyone else had a problem with receiving the email from Boulder confirming they’ve received your application and giving you login info for the application tracker? The website says you should receive the email 1-2 business days after you submit the common application. My D submitted com app on 10/22. She got emails from com app confirming that she submitted both the application and the writing supplement. I got an email from com app confirming payment of the app fee. We’ve contacted the admissions office by phone twice, and she and I have both emailed admissions. No one will check to see if there is a problem, they just keep telling us to wait. She won’t have access to the College of Music application until they send her this email, so we’re both getting pretty antsy. Has this happen to anyone else?

Have her check her Spam or other folders especially if she has gmail. My son’s email was in a folder he didn’t even know he had in his email. The tab was across the top of his page…

It was in promotions!! I asked her to check spam. My promotions come into my regular mailbox, never occurred that she would have a promotions mailbox set-up, and NOT CHECK IT!
