<p>Hey, I just received my Brown username and passkey in the mail, but I’m having trouble opening my account online. Everytime I type in my username and passkey, I’m led through the Brown policies, but when I click, “I agree,” I’m asked to type in my username and passkey. This has recurred all night. Does anyone know what I can/should do to open up my account?</p>

<p>yeah my response wasn't wonderfully clear . . . you should probably have cookies turned on so that thr website can remember that you agreed to the terms. you can put your browser to accept them in your preferences if they aren't already on</p>
