I had the same problem on my IPAD using Safari browser.(didn’t try Chrome and don’t use app).
I get the same message on my laptop that GoAskDad got (site blocked due to malware)
@aquamarinesea, my last post was on the Toilet brand thread! Certainly hope it is a coincidence…

We seem to have multiple issues…some resulting in Twitter re-directs, and others resulting in malware alerts. Don’t know yet if there is relation between the two. Some of you remember that CC was listed as a malware attack site late last year on a few different occasions, resulting in an ugly screen that prohibited site access for most people. Must be the time of year for such things, but we are always working to keep these problems to a minimum. Thank you for your patience!

I am getting the Twitter redirect. ughh

I also get the twitter redirect using the Safari browser to try to open the CC site

I was getting the Twitter thing this morning too on my Ipod. haven’t tried it for a few hours.

It happened to me too. I tried signing out of twitter and re starting my ipad and that seems to be working so far.

FYI: stay off the caucaison roommate thread. This is where my computer blocked a malicious malware from from some “our church prays dot com”

I am the OP of that thread. Unfortunately, it has morphed into a very lively discussion of things such as Muslims, Islam, jihad, and the Taliban. When I tried to read the thread this morning on my iPad, I was redirected to the Twitter mobile web site which had a picture of 4 men playing cricket in front of a building that appeared to be a mosque. It sort of freaked me out!

I was able to view it on my desktop computer which is running a current version of Norton 360 Internet Security suite. I didn’t get a malware message. However, I checked my computer security log. It indicated that it blocked unauthorized access to my computer. Hmmm.

I just got the Twitter redirect again – and I have not been on the Caucasian roommate thread
And I am on an Android device, not IPad

I cleared cookies and Safari cache on my ipad this AM and the redirects stopped. Coincidence? Who knows. Of course then I had to figure out my password.

Regarding the iOS update…I did the update after I kept getting the twitter redirect. I’m up and running now.

Fixed now.
