@warrior481, thank you for asking this. We’re in a similar situation, as I had to resign from my job mid-2015, and I do not know when/if I will have a job again in 2016. My husband is the sole breadwinner for now. It is frustrating that there isn’t a way to explain this on the form. I appreciate the contributions on this thread; very helpful!
Just try your best to estimate using paystubs. It was very difficult for us to do so but that was the only option left and file it soon. I already sent mine in. Goodluck. @choirsandstages
