<p>I just paid my deposit for Fall 2013 yesterday, but today I couldn't login into my accounts for Bing. After I changed my pw, I was able to login to the deposit web at Quikpay. However, it says that "I'm not eligible for anything at the time". I'm just worried. Has anyone experienced the same thing?</p>
