<p>This happened to me last year at first- possibly you don’t have the most up to date version of adobe downloaded?</p>
<p>Yeah like Johnson said it’s probably because your adobe is either not up to date or your browser does not support it. After you finish your pre-app WashU actually sends you an application in the mail, so you can definitely still apply in paper form if you did the pre-app online and vice versa.</p>
