problem with status check

<p>I retrieved my PIN electronically by e-mailing <a href="mailto:admpin@fas.harvard.edu">admpin@fas.harvard.edu</a> but when I tried to log in I received this message:
"Sorry, you did not enter a valid PIN/name combination. Please check your records and try again"</p>

<p>I tried several times but no success... does anyone have the same problem?</p>

<p>Try emailing/calling the office. They're finished with the early round so they're <em>relatively</em> free these days.</p>

<p>the servers are down today, that might have something to do with it</p>

<p>also, be sure you're checking under applicant status, not "Class of 2010"</p>
