Problem with submitting grades through Gateway

For some context- I have 7 schools on Gateway. I submitted my transcript/grades over a month ago. On about half the application portals for the schools, it says my grades have not been received. I have emailed the schools and some have said it was an issue on their end. Has anyone had this issue?

edit: checking back, I emailed Loomis’s general admissions instead of my personal advisor…mistake-should I re-email the right person?

The same thing happened to our kid for Loomis, Hotchkiss, and Lville.
Deerfield, Choate, Exeter, Taft portals are up to date.
I don’t think Andover and Middlesex have applicant portal so no idea for those ones.

We have the same issue with Loomis. In the email with the portal log in it says to wait a week or so for all the fields to populate?

For those who have contacted schools-did they ask you to resend?

To make sure, Andover and Middlesex don’t have an applicant portals, right?

When I went to submit my transcript I emailed my guidance counselor and she’s the one at my school who sends them over. It may be different for other schools but I think you should definitely check with your counselor or advisor to get everything cleared out! I hope this helped!

Contacted the schools. It was a problem on their part.

I would email the schools just in case.
