Problems with articulation agreement-help?

The USC math class my son wants to take is equivalent to two local math classes. He followed the procedure and was told there would be an approval on oasis by this Wednesday (today). Oasis said they could not find the classes and it would take another two weeks (school is over!). Meanwhile, our local cc does not want to enroll my son without written approval from USC that transfer credit is acceptable.

Who should my son talk to?

The CC is holding things up waiting on USC? That sounds odd. What do they care?

I suggest you have son make an appearance at the Articulation Office and see what he can get done in person. People standing there needing something now for a good reason probably take precedence over the backlog of email and online inquiries.
