problems with high school transcript

Hello everybody, I’m an international student applying for some universities this year, and I’m having some problems with my transcript due to the fact that I’m not sure about how many years do I have to include on it since my educational system goes from 6th grade to 11th grade. Any suggestions? (I’m aware that most countries have 12th grade so that’s why I’m asking for some advice)

I was going to say that the final four years of secondary school are typical, but if your country changes levels so that the last 3 are a separate unit, send that, but safer is just emailing the colleges and asking what they would like.
