I’ve taken 3 practice tests with my English and Reading scores ranging for a 30-36 and my science from a 29-34. My composites were 30, 30, and 31. But my math score was 26, 28, 27 and I just took another math section and got a 25 :(. Does anyone have tips on how they improved their math score?
I got a book called 36. Plug in numbers don’t waste time working out problems. Review basic formulas a day or two before the test. Basically take a bunch of practice tests you’ll begin to see a trend in questions
The more you review what you get wrong on practice tests, the easier it will be. You could get a book with tips, or scour the internet for ACT math tips. Plugging numbers in is key. I also would just graph equations and find the x-intercepts to get the answer instead of trying to solve them.
