Problems with Yale Supplementary Materials Upload

<p>Hi, is anyone having problems with the Yale supplementary materials portal? Deadline is Dec 31 and I've been trying for hours but keep getting the message that something went wrong... All my materials are in the right file format and size so I don't know what to do!</p>

<p>I've also tried emailing <a href="mailto:student.questions@yale.edu">student.questions@yale.edu</a> but keep getting the postmaster message that the email could not be sent... Will try calling the admissions office later but the Yale site says it will be closed through to Jan 1!</p>

<p>What should I do? This supplement is really important to my application... Would appreciate advice!</p>

<p>Have you tried calling Admissions? Someone should be there today.</p>

<p>Nobody at Admissions - the phone-call gets directed to an automatic message</p>

<p>Then, don’t worry about it. Your music supplement will be late, but Yale will not blame you as there is a problem with the system. Call on January 2nd and talk to a real person. Right now, that’s the best you can do. Just make sure the Common App and Yale supplement have been submitted by the deadline.</p>

<p>Its possible it is also a system overload issue. Either way, just call if you dont get it to go in time.</p>

<p>I tried for a third time and got it to upload. I had an email to admissions drafted and I just decided to try one more time, and it worked! So I would just recommend trying again.</p>
