Process of sending senior mid-year grades into SUNY New Paltz?

I apologize if my question seems a bit silly or is par-for-course info I'm some reason lacking, but I cannot find any information on the New Paltz site and would just like to be sure. SUNY New Paltz has requested I mail them a copy of my mid-year report card. I understand that I am to send this piece of mail to the address of the admissions office, but was wondering if there is any other specific procedure to follow in sending them this info. Do I mark the letter with an application number, do I notate it a certain way, do I simply mail it directly to the undergrads admissions address? Like wise, is it a potentially good sign that they are requesting my mid-year grades? My GPA is a 95 at this point. I apologize, I am simply a stressed and curious senior.

From their web site: <a href=“Information for Guidance Counselors | SUNY New Paltz”>https://www.newpaltz.edu/admissions/infoforcounselors.html</a> I would ask your HS GC to transmit it.
