<p>I know this is the upenn forum but I'm rewriting my common app AND optional essay for yale. due in.. less than 8 hours</p>
<p>Me too. I have Why Penn done, doing p217 right now.</p>
<p>This is so bad lol..
I have about 5 essays left (all 250 words or less) due Jan. 1st and 4 more essays due on Jan. 3rd.</p>
<p>It's funny to see the mad rush of essay writing this time of year.</p>

<p>though, i prob should be working on my own. i have a common app essay to do....in short, i'm doomed.</p>

<p>For those who used the Common App., did you make your "meaningful activity (150 words)" prompt really creative? I'm thinking about just being straightforward, since there's too little space to fit much.</p>
<p>I tried to be creative but doubled the word limit.. I have to cut that down too, damn it.</p>
<p>I still have the entire Cornell supplement to do. It doesn't look very hard, except the second prompt requires some research.. damn.</p>

<p>26e, the Common App. has the personal statement (basically your topic) and then the short 150 word prompt.</p>

<p>I gotta do all the Penn essays... sort of. My pg 217 one is just a modification of my common app/main personal statement from other applications. Thank God...that's the longest one too.</p>
