Procrastination...

What do you tell yourself to keep from procrastinating? I always seem to have a reason to not do my homework until the last minute.

-__-

meh…procrastinating is overrated

Doing work when you’re supposed to is overrated.

I remember how much I love sleep. Get stuff done = more sleep for me!

I’ll tell you how to not procrastinate later… I’m too lazy right now

Well that’s simple…just let me get back to you in a minute.

For homework, I try to schedule around my TV usage. So, say I have a show I want to watch at 8pm. I then push myself to finish all assignments before then so I can relax and enjoy the show. I also try to plan out which assignments I will do first. Sometimes, I do easy ones at school the day it’s due… :P

Projects are my downfall… When I have a week or so to write a report, you can count on me to wait until the last minute to write it.

Yet another procrastination thread has been born. Way to beat a very dead horse.

Search function exists, ya know!

^
I dont mean to start a thread… I’ve seen a million of these :stuck_out_tongue: I agree that all you need is google to solve your problem.

I do all my homework before I leave school because it helps me get in the mentality of doing schoolwork.

I’d be happy to help you with your procrastination problem… later.

^Too bad two people already made the same joke…I guess you were procrastinating and took too long.

^I think the more people that make the joke the funnier it becomes, if only one person can use a joke then it isn’t much fun.

I procrastinated before it went mainstream.

If you’re so great at procrastination, all you need to do is procrastinate procrastinating, and you’d get your stuff done early and procrastinate later.

Use procrastination to get your work done in reverse priority. Start by thinking of something that’s really important and then do something that is not quite as important to avoid the most important item. When you get to the final item though, you have to stop procrastinating, or invent a really important project and avoid doing that project until you have the final assignment done.

Warning, results may vary. :D

I read this story about deep procrastination, it usually tends to pull my mind back into the work :p.
