I've heard from someone that there is a database that has professor ratings/ statistics about students grades in the class. How do we access this information? Thanks so much!

Post on Dartmouth Forum - Ask Dartmouth Freshman for anything … you may get answer from there.

the median grade in classes are posted in Dartmouth’s website.

[Median Grades for Undergraduate Courses](<a href=“This page has moved”>This page has moved)

Professor evaluations are on banner student (which you would have to have access to as a Dartmouth student)

“Professor evaluations are on banner student (which you would have to have access to as a Dartmouth student)”

True, but professor evaluations are confidential. Every student must fill one out at the end of the term for each of his professors, but only the professor/department head see those evaluations. (And frankly, most of them are pretty useless. We’re required to fill them out to see our grades online, so most people just write a bunch of nonsense as quickly as possible.)

To see professor reviews/ratings, there’s a database called CourseGuide. It’s excellent. I strongly recommend that you reference it when you choose your classes. You’ll be able to access it once you have your Banner login.

yeah you’re going to have to be a student to access those reviews and ratings
