Does anybody know anything about any of these classes or professors?

BIO 311C: Introductory Biology I with Martha Maas

CH 301: Principles Of Chemistry I with David Laude

M 408C: Differential And Integral Calculus with Alan Reid

UGS 001: First-Yr Interest Group-College of Natural Sciences with Mike Raney

UGS 302: Health In Multicultural Populations with Carolyn Brown

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

i’ve heard great things about both Maas and Laude

I was at orientation the other day and Laude was talking to us. This guy seems really nice and funny, and from what I’ve heard from other students who have had him, he’s a great teacher, just kinda tough.
I’ve also had the opportunity to hear Raney speak and he seems like a great guy as well. As far as teaching, etc. is concerned, no idea.

seriously kids, please look on ratemyprof, pickaprof or https://diia.webhost.utexas.edu/cis/results/. Tons of info there on profs and the classes.

The last link only has the opinions of people who’ve taken the classes. No specific details on workload.

MyEdu is the best for finding about teachers IMO.

MyEdu is pickaprof. it’s just the new name. ;)
