<p>I posted this in the wrong place before, I hope someone can help me out!!</p>
<p>One of my schools had a 1/15 deadline for the Profile, so I went ahead and filed it, sending it only to the one school.</p>
<p>Tonight I was working on my FASFA using the worksheet provided by CB when one completes the Profile and I found that I made a HUGE $$$ mistake on one of the Profile questions.</p>
<p>I know the procedure is to make the correction on my copy of the Profile and send it to the college, but my question is this: </p>
<p>Since I only sent the Profile with the mistake to 1 college does that mean that now I have to go ahead and send the INCORRECT Profile to my remaining 6 colleges via CB, and then send each one of them a manually corrected copy?</p>
<p>Or do I just send the other colleges only the corrected Profile, even though for them it will be my first submission?</p>
<p>I can't believe this -- I thought I double checked the Profile before I hit the submit button!! I can't wait till this is over!!</p>

<p>I had a simliar problem with my profile. I called collegeboard and they told me you can fax them the corrections and they will update the profile for you. Either that or you can send the corrections to your college.</p>
<p>The number for collegeboard css profile is
1-305-829-9793</p>
<p>and the fax number is
1-305-816-3002</p>
<p>Don't quote me on the fax number though, I'm going to call them and double check it. They told me that nothing is needed, just correct the profile on the review form that collegeboard gave you, and fax it to them.

Okay, the fax number is correct. You just have to cross out what you need to change on the acknowledge form and write what it is suppose to be on the side. Note that they can only change sections A through L.</p>
<p>After they change it, you can just add the colleges in.</p>

<p>chajun, do you need to fax anything else besides the corrected profile from the printed review form? like identification info, etc.</p>
<p>I asked them that, and they said no. Just make sure the pages have your information on it like Page 1 does at the top.</p>
<p>I think it'd be wise to write how many pages you are faxing because I'm only faxing the first 6 pages (because I messed up bad) and I don't want them looking for pages 7 through 10.</p>
