<p>When you sign up for classes, do you get to choose the professor you want?</p>
<p>The professor's listed with the class, so as long as your schedule allows it, you essentially do get to choose your professors. Sometimes course times clash though, and sometimes you just can't get into a class, so in those cases, you're stuck with what you can get.</p>
