Depends on what part of EE you want to go into...it's really a huge field. Computer engineering would (obviously) be out if you don't like programming...you could maybe get away with specializing in something like communications/information theory, analog circuit (VLSI?) design or solid-state physics/plasma physics or something of the like. No matter what though you'll probably have at least 3 required classes with heavy emphasis on programming or programming logic.

If you just like physics and math what makes you want to do EE (if you hate programming)? Maybe applied physics or math or some other engineering discipline would suit you better. What year are you in school, may I ask? The best person to talk to would be your advisor, everyone on here can just give you their opinion but very few will be well-informed. Your advisor or upperclassman at your school would be by far the best people to ask.

I am EE but I hate programming, cirucits, signal processing, communication, computer. (that sounds crazy)
My specialization is Solid State. So it is possible to survive without too much programming. But you still need to know SPICE and Matlab
