Does anyone have advice for Programming Foundations 1? I am starting my computer science degree in spring and I need to know what I can do to better prepare or even over prepare for the class. If anyone has information on this subject specifically for University of Arkansas please let me know!

There are a number of programming classes on EdX, Code.org and Khan Academy that you can take for free. My suggestion would be to find out what languages are taught in the Foundations class and then find a source where you can begin to learn the language online.
