Hi!
I am currently looking for programs that would enrich my study of Neuroscience at UCSD. I'm a 2nd year undergraduate. Do you guys have any recommendations?

Hi!

I’m a neuro major who is going to study abroad at University College London next year. UCL is a great choice because:
A) It has one of the top neuro programs in the world. You can go for a full year, and there are plenty of classes to choose from.
B) It’s in London, a totally awesome city.
C) It’s very accommodating towards international abroad students. It’s not uber-competitive to get in, although there is a 3.3 GPA requirement (I think).
D) No language requirement, obviously.

My abroad councilor also recommended Cambridge and Oxford. I’m sure those have great programs, but they’re probably quite difficult to get accepted to. You’ll have to plan ahead. Edinburgh has a good program, although I’ve heard that’s hard to get into classes there. There is also a program in Copenhagen w/ the Danish Institute for Study Abroad (link Et år senere: Mindehøjtidelighed for DIS-studerende | DIS i Danmark, although the site seems to be backed up now). I believe that it’s a semester long and does not require language experience.

Do you have language experience? If so, that will expand your options, obviously.
