I know Olin wants my senior progress report in at the same time as the application or January 6, but my counselor will probably not get it done on time. I do have an official transcript sealed, do you think it would be okay to send that in before my counselor can get the report in?

I think this is a question you should ask Olin Admissions - Emily Roper's normally quite responsive:

I've gotten a reply (from the e-mail above) saying a transcript is "fine" for college courses However, remember that this isn't a counselor's thing; you go to each teacher and get them to sign, and the counselor just has to sign at the bottom.

My "official grades" are already out for all of my classes. Would it be fine just to attach the "official first semester grades" to the sheet and then send that? Why would I need my teachers signatures on something that is official anyways?

I would imagine that would be fine but asking couldn't hurt.
