-Not gonna be in NYC this summer
-Not planning on the Pre-O program until I find out from Wes.

And I concur that WashU's staff is "ridiculous" in the sense that they are badass. Very nice people.

hahaha "ridiculous" ; i'll try that. I might be in NYC this summer, but i'd be going with my family (we're all planning to go on a family vacation or something , and NYC is on the short-list) .

I see that you guys were discussing study abroad. I'm studying abroad this fall and I can't wait! I am oh so excited to go to London :)

Which program are you doing Kjane? I'm really thinking about the German Summer Language Institute in Gottinburg...but I'm also torn towards Spain, France, or Italy. Tough deciding which language to study.

I'm going to University College London (part of the University of London) to study Anthropology. UCL is pretty much the holy grail of physical anthropology, so I can't wait to get there and learn so much. Not to mention being in London!

Back to coursework,

I would REALLY like to take organic chemistry as pursuing advanced science courses would be fantabulous. However, I'm fond of being a member of pre-med weed out. How tough is organic? In chemistry this year, I've covered the first 3-4 weeks of organic chemistry and it seems to be resonance manipulation. At any rate, would picking up organic seem alright? I would be taking the labs later on in my WUSTL career.

check one of the other threads in the WashU forum for a link to old copies of Organic Chem tests.

Here:

And also, I think someone else mentioned this earlier in the thread, but I don't think anyone commented:
How is the Foundations for Higher Mathematics class? Is the Writing Intensive version of it incredibly difficult? I really hate writing papers, and I think that a writing intensive math course would be better than, say, a writing intensive course in the humanities. Then again, from IB Math HL, I know that math papers can be annoying as well...
Thanks!

Are you a fan of LaTex? =)

Thanks for the link, man, and you too, brand.
