Projected October 2012 Scores

How do you guys think you did? Was the test easy, medium, or difficult?

Feel free to post projected scores/speculative curves!

I thought the math was ridiculously hard. I definitely missed at least three.
So far I don’t think I missed any CR/W questions

Math: 730 - 740
CR: 790 - 800
Writing: 790 - 800

So somewhere around 2310 - 2340.

Haha, I forgot to put “SAT” in the thread title…
I’m a genius.

Somewhere between 2300 and 2400. I thought the test was pretty ez.

Somehow I think I did better on math than cr and writing even though I usually do a lot worse on math. Predicting:
M-780
W-not sure about how I did on the essay but I’d say 760+
CR- hoping for 760+
I just want to get a 2300+ composite. IMO the test was of average difficulty

Math: 720-760
CR: 710-760
W: 760-800

Math: 730-760. I’m sure I only got two wrong, but… you never know.
Writing: 760-800. What I got on my previous two tests, and what I always get on practice tests.
Reading: 750-800. Everything looks good for a 780-800, but just keep realistic expectations.

Overall, 2240-2360.

That test was of commensurate difficulty with those in the blue book (at least the 3 that I took).

So yeah, pretty easy. The math, as a whole, was simple, but a few of the later ones required a lot of logic and thinking. Hoping that we get a respite from all the miss 1 get 780 math sections.

Math: 770-800
Writing: 780-800
Reading: 780-800
Composite: 2350-2400

I’m only aiming for around an 1800 (weird, right?), so I’m hoping:
M - 550-600
CR - 600-650
W - 600-700

CR: 800 (-0 predicted)
M: 780-800 (-0 predicted, but I could have made a dumb mistake)
W: 780-800 (-1 for sure–bubbling error on number 4 of the last section–but I wrote a good essay)

Total: 2360-2400

I sincerely hope I get an 11 or 12 on the essay.

CR: 750-800
M: 750-800
Writing: awful. MC 0-3 mistakes, essay max 6; ran out of time halfway through writing it, didn’t even have time to finish my sentence, let alone add a conclusion.

CR: 760-800
M: 720-760
W: 720-780

Projected Score: 2200-2340

I’m really not too certain about my actual score…do any of you begin to doubt your answers after looking at answer discussion threads? I usually get 800 in CR, but after reading some of the threads I’m starting to doubt my answers even though I felt confident while taking it…

How much did you guys study, over the summer??

On average, what would a math score be missing 3,4 questions? I’m confused on how the grading goes!

I am hoping for 2k but probably gonna get around 1900…was not prepared for writing to be so hard.

@kerrymd -3 is usually around 730 and -4 usually around 700. Both could vary depending on the curve but probably not by more than 10 points

Actually i got 4 wrong in january and got 690. Collegeboard has changed the way they curve and will often deduct much more for each wrong question

But of course… curves vary

Wow, all of you have amazing projections. I wish you all get the scores that you all are hoping to receive!

Math: 760 (confirmed: 1 omitted, -1 write in)
Reading: 730 (confirmed: -2)
Writing: 700, essay 8 (confirmed: -2)

Buuuuut I probably am grossly overestimating my scores. I did last time!

Twist how did you confirm your scores?

Sent from my HTC One X using CC

I know that a few of the questions I answered were obviously wrong.
