Where do you guys think the curve will fall on here? http://www.erikthered.com/tutor/SAT-Released-Test-Curves.pdf

math -1 780 (i hope 800…)
CR -7/-8 700
writing no idea

Can somebody project my score?

Math: -4 MC - 2 Grid in
CR: -15 MC
Writing: -5 MC 10/12 Essay

I’m hoping 2300+

-1 or 2 on writing. 8 on essay. What is this?

Okay, gotcha. crosses fingers and hopes for a favorable curve

StudiosMaximus, I think I’m in a similar situation.
I got 1 wrong on Math (most likely), 1 wrong on writing with 10+ essay (so 800 hopefully), and I believe a 740+ on CR. O.o
Pretty strange how identical our breakdowns are, although I hope I did well enough in CR to receive a 750+. Right now I’m just crossing my fingers for a 2300-2320 so I can cancel my test next month. I’d rather focus on my extra-curricular activities than have to retake this nuisance of an exam. I also see little personal or strategic gain in trying to get a higher score (assuming my optimism translates to reality).

Was this your first attempt?

^ That was not my breakdown, actually. I was replying to someone else’s request to gauge his/her scores. My breakdown is on the first page (but I now have -1 CR).

Studious…what is the -1 CR you now have?

I misinterpreted part of the “Dino” passage and answered the “change between 1950 and 1951” question incorrectly.

What do you guys think I could get if I got 6 or 7 wrong on critical reading.
Writing: 1-3 wrong, hoping for a 12 essay.
Math: should be 800

M - 800
CR - 720
W - 720
hoping for around 2200

800 math
CR: 5 to 7 wrong what score?
W: 1 to 3 wrong essay: 10-12 what score?
@ studiosmaximus or someone else what score should I probably get?
Thanks

^

CR: 700-750
W: 740-800

(Used the BB to find approximate upper and lower bounds.)

Thanks !!!

I feel like I was close on CR/Writing, but way off on math.

Actual:

2270

Math: 680
Critical Reading: 800
Writing: 790

Actual:

CR: 800
M: 800
W: 800 (79/11)

I got the 11 I needed on the essay! Couldn’t be happier.

EDIT: Turns out I didn’t need the 11! A 79/10 is an 800 as well. A shockingly nice curve.
