Prom Date Dilemma

<p>Okay... I kind of put myself in a tight spot, and didn't know what to do. However, I'm hoping that the brainpower of CC will help me out a bit...</p>

<p>Long story short, I'm kind of stuck on a path diverging into many trails. I have absolutely no clue what to do and here are the various 'plans' I have.</p>

<p>Plan A - A really good friend of mine who is extremely pretty (basically imo, the perfect girl) and we both have some feelings for each other. However, we live far away from each other and she were to come, I would have to pay for a plane ticket + prom ticket (which is ~$380 total) -_-</p>

<p>Plan B - There is a girl in my band that I find pretty cute. We don't know each other well (like barely talk), but my friends already 'set me up' without my knowledge by asking her to prom for me, and she basically said yes. -_-</p>

<p>Plan C - I go with friend A, who currently has no date. One of my friends is pressuring me to ask her.</p>

<p>Plan D - I go with friend B, who currently has no date. Another one of my friends is pressuring me to ask her.</p>

<p>Plan E - I go with friend C, who currently has no date. Yet another friend is pressuring me to ask her.</p>

<p>Plan F - I go with friend D, who currently has no date. And... you guessed it, another friend is pressuring me to ask her.</p>

<p>So.... advice? help? I want your opinions. What would you do in such a situation?</p>

<p>Omg! I have a cereal dilemma guys. I can’t choose between 2 pretty girls who have both agreed to go with me to prom. Oh right, I forgot to tell you I also have a backup choice of 4 other girls, should I decide that I can’t deal with the first decision.</p>

<p>No decision is a decision. I hope you don’t think all of those girls going to wait around for you to make up your mind. I am sure if you have plan B, C, D, it would be the same for them.</p>

<p>As you may know, I would love to do option A, but that is unrealistic due to financial issues.</p>

<p>If I knew the girl well enough, I would definitely go with B. However, I was wondering if it’ll be at all awkward going to prom with someone you don’t know really well? I think that’s the actual question.</p>

<p>B. If the other girl lives far away, there’s not much you can do to advance your relationship, so you might as well try to get to know the band girl.</p>

<p>You guys are sooooooooooo blind, it’s obvious that the OP secretly likes Plan D the most - the clues are everywhere in his post! I think that since you obviously like plan D the best, go through with it you pimp you!</p>

<p>Prom is not worth the financial costs of Plan A.</p>
