<p>My friends ad I plan to skip prom and go to Florida for the weekend instead. Personally, I would much rather this because I have been to other dances and I don't see prom being much different.</p>
<p>I'm not planning to go to prom. I'm thinking of spending the weekend with a good friend instead. or plan to visit schools during that week (prom at my school is super early) and meet up with a friend I haven't seen in a while.</p>
<p>I think you should go. What do you have to lose? Like someone else said, it's only four hours of your life. If you don't have fun, so what?</p>
<p>Also, two of my friends went as singles last year, and they both had a blast.</p>
