<p>Okay so I'm a senior in high school. I've never really had a boy like me, as in LIKE LIKE me, ever. I mean yes, I've had the ridiculous middle school/high school relationships that last 2 weeks (I've had two of them, in fact) but nothing else. There was one boy at school that I was interested in taking to prom. I finally got up the courage to ask him and he's already going with someone else Now I really don't know what to do. Not only do I really not like any of the boys at our school, but I don't KNOW any of them that well. What should I do? I'm desperate for a prom date and it seems like all of my friends have one.</p>

<p>Umm, ask a male friend. Otherwise, ask a friend if her date has a dateless male friend who will go with you. If you can’t find ANYONE acceptable, go stag with a group of other girls.</p>
<p>dont go to prom at all. its really not that sweet. have fun that night doing something else, especially since theres no one you want to go with.</p>

<p>I have the same problem…I want to go because I’ve never been to prom, but I know it’ll be the same as always…my “bff” having loads of fun with her boyfriend while I sit there and watch. </p>
<p>There are so few decent guys in my school (and I don’t mean by looks, there are really NONE with above average looks)…and my list of guy-friends is exactly 2. One is crazy and the other has a date.</p>
<p>Being an introvert, I honestly don’t know any guys outside of school…not that there’s any to know…I live in the freaking boonies. The closest other teenage guys are in the next county over.</p>

Then again my middle and elementary schools were filled with *******s that were either racist or thought they were too good for you. Now I go to an all girls’ school. Still, don’t fret. Think about me.</p>
