<p>No, they are really lazy. Actually at first they didn’t tell me that they didn’t get my transcript until I emailed them. You should email them to ask if they received your application.</p>
<p>I received an email enclosed some forms to be filled out. I guess you should send e-mail saying you want to know the decision, and they will send you decision in a week. I did this and they send me the decision.</p>
