<p>No, I haven’t received any decision from them yet.</p>
<p>When did you guys apply? how many of the questions did you answer and which ones, if any did you leave out? Im super nervous for my decision :p. I answered 7 and sent in my application 2 weeks ago.</p>
<p>They received my application on 4-12 and I answered 7 questions. My parents called them to ask when the decisions were coming out and they said people in the first batch should receive them either tomorrow or the day after if not today.</p>
<p>Wait shoot shoot shoot I really want to go!! My application will be there tomorrow and my teacher rec might get there the day after that. Another forum said that acceptance is heavily based on how early you apply soooo… 
Damn. I ruined my chances, then. Though how heavily does the fact that I’m a female applicant help me? And for those questions, were they supposed to be essays or short paragraphs?</p>
<p>While admissions may be on a rolling basis, if the director sees that you deserve to get in, you’ll be admitted. About being a female, it should help some because not many females are underrepresented in math. For the questions, you just had to convey your thought process. It didn’t necessarily have to be an essay or anything, as long as they know what you’re talking about.</p>
<p>Hmm thanks. I’m still doubtful, I guess. Oh, and I assume you meant either “not many females are [in] math” or that “females are underrepresented in math” and not both! I was referencing the About Yourself questions which actually probably really don’t count for much except pleasantries. I was very pleasant. Wishing us both luck.</p>

<p>bump: are they delaying any more applications? They received my full application 3/21 and I haven’t had any response yet. I solved 10/10, one which wasn’t very rigorous, although I think I got the right answer.</p>
<p>Did they mention in the email when they are getting back to you? My email said they will be in touch within 2 weeks and it’s almost 2 weeks already… I’m getting a little impatient. Really hope we all get in!</p>

<p>When my parents initially called them to ask if they received my application, they said within 1-2 weeks but I haven’t gotten anything yet so I really don’t know. I would assume they are delayed by the events that happened in Boston though.</p>
<p>When Mr. Howley received my entire app it was already after all those horrible things in Boston. Anyways, good luck!</p>
