I'm moving from Australia to Andover this year for sophomore. I've done some ECs in Australia and what I'm wondering is do I need to bring any letters or articles or any form of proof that I did those activities in Australia for college?

Generally college applications are based on an honour system; colleges will trust that you have indeed completed all of the ECs that you have listed, as they simply do not have the time nor the resources to check up on every applicant. Occasionally they do (sometimes randomly, sometimes if there's a red flag somewhere) but those are the exceptions rather than the norm.

You don't need proof, but freshman ec's aren't going to count for much unless you continue them through the rest of your hs.

Yes, a lot of my ECs are vacation based activites like going to India to help teach English which will continue even if I go to an American school.
