<p>Sometimes it helps to proofread by yourself. Of course it’s difficult to spot flaws in grammar this way because you wrote it yourself. Someone told me to proofread my own papers backwards (read the last sentence, then read the second-to-last sentence…) to better spot grammar errors.</p>
