<p>Holisitic admissions is a way to help ALL applicants who have lower grades and test scores. That said, why does the article pin the blame on black students?--other minority races tend to have relatively low scores too.</p>
<p>^ Not Asians. They typically have the highest test scores, however there is a glut of them applying for top schools, and they are usually subject to reverse discrimination.</p>
