Planning to retake the ACT by actually getting some prep books. One huge problem I had during the test is actually finishing, since I was not able to finish ANY section... Math in particular was ridiculous; I guessed on 10+ questions and a whole passage for english and science. I can probably raise my 26 to a 30+ if I finish!

So thus I ask: how should I ACTUALLY time myself in the prep books? I find that circling the answers are not accurate to actually bubbling them. Therefore, should I compensate by shaving off 2 minutes on each section? Would this be any more realistic?
