Can people with experience point out what they like least about the school?

There’s a lot of internal drama going on about diversity in the faculty and professors. Dinners at the cafeteria where almost all students eat gets very old very quickly. The university is location directly in the middle of Salem, so you’re surrounded by buildings and neighborhoods. There also isn’t much to do around the school since it’s surrounded by city, but the school offers an outdoor program that takes trips to different parts of Oregon for hiking and such.
